First experience with Parks GMC service for an extended warranty repair on my Buick Encore was awesome. Despite having to return the car for service the day I picked it up due to an unforeseen issue, Matt, service manager, went above and beyond to make sure I was able to follow through with plans to leave directly from the auto shop to an important event he was aware of by offering me a nice loaner car for as long as as I needed it for and I was not charged for the unforeseen issues. had a 2pm appointment to get my car serviced and actually arrived around 1:30 the gentleman told me they were a little backed up and may not get me in until 2, perfectly understandable since l was early for the appointed time. This is the last time I will be taking our vehicle there. We have had minor issues in the past, but nothing like this, and I believe it’s because this is the first time we have experienced service there without a vehicle under warranty. They called to give us estimates on repairs and we were charged $214 dollars for a 13 dollar part that took them maybe 5 minutes to install. This goes to the collision department, I will say if you have a problem they will take care of it, I took my car back up there today and Chrissy peters the Manager took time with me and made sure that they where going to replace my grill for me, so I respect them for taking care of the issue I will say the customer service is always great mr Dan Royer and miss Crystal and Chrissy Peters thank y'all for great service.
I’ve been using this dealership since it was Vestal and have always had great service here. Aaron in the service department is one of the best! This guy is knowledgeable and someone that you can actually trust. They always get me in and out quickly. Thank you all for the great service and doing a great job!!
