the paint and body work was ok, but they promised to come and put the decals on later since the mail was running behind due to covid, said it would take 3 to 4 weeks. 3 months later and still nothing.
I've used Park's for two prior collision repairs and have always been impressed with the quality of work done in their shop. My last trip to Park's was exceptional! I had dislodged the left rear bumper on my wife's new Honda Accord, and she was not happy. New car bumpers are loaded with sensors and I thought I might be looking at several thousand dollars to replace the bumper, even though the damage was very minor. I scraped a car yesterday in a parking place and a piece of plastic came off my car. I tried to put it back on but I couldn't make it work. I found Parks online, drove to the shop and told the woman in the office what had happened. She was really kind and helpful and within one minute (really, one minute!!) someone came out to help me. We walked to my car and he popped the piece back into place. There was no charge! I will definitely use them in the future if I need body work done.
They do an excellent job. Great customer service. Kind and caring. Definitely recommend David if you want a honest repair mechanic to fix your vehicle. 5 star rated.
