I have been a loyal customer for years. But lately they hire all the young kids that don't know anything. Or do not know what they are talking about cannot carry a conversation over the phone. I have been trying to get my nitrous bottle filled for 30 days now and everytime I call nobody knows anything about it get your crap together. I am also the owner of a car lot I spent $200,000 there last year. I am taking my business and my money elsewhere
Best auto parts store in the low country! The prices are out of this world and the customer service is great. The guy that helped me spent a lot of time making sure i got what i needed and that means a lot. The prices are so cheap too. I got a resonator and exhaust flanges for $30 out the door. Anywhere else it would of been $30 just for the resonator. Great place, great people A+++++ i will definatly use them from now on for all my projects.
I love the manager, Brenda. She has been there forever and she is the best. I have relied on her for about 10 years now. I will decide on a color and she will go outside to look at the interior and give me the correct color. She will make up paint and take into account fading and make up the perfect color every time. I can't find her expertise anywhere else. She is very nice.

Had a problem with my car needing a jump in order to start today. I went to Parks to test it but they couldn't test it while it was in the car, so I had to remove it myself. I didn't have tools with me (like a noob) so they let me borrow some of theirs. They checked the battery and found it was fine and I should clean the contacts and try that. They easily could have recommended a new battery and I would have gone for it, making them a quick buck. Instead they now have a customer for life! Awesome folks here. Check them out!
I dislike being ignored. Just because I'm a woman does not mean it is appropriate to not acknowledge me and that sweeping the store is more important. I won't go back. By the way I probably know more about cars in my little finger then you guys do. Headed to advance where they appreciate my business.
Extremely friendly service and very helpful locating parts if they have none in stock. Prices are very affordable. Also, they check the quality of everything before letting it leave the building.
Meneger of the store treat customers like animals . She psyho !
