Great auto shop , while no other store in the city had it they had the exact parts for our cars and cheaper than anywhere else as well, couldn't recommend this place more.
If I could give this one location a zero I would. I waited three days for them to deliver a starter . I called to ask if it was delivered and the woman said yes . I tried to pay for it over the phone and she said I couldn’t . I completely understood that so I came into the store to pay and pick up the starter. As soon as I asked for it the rude lady said I sold it to a paying customer. This is something that o had shipped to the store in Savannah Hwy. Her response was “what do you want me to do. Can't say enough good about the down-to-earth caring attitudes, common sense and honesty that all employees have not to mention old-fashioned work ethics that are lost in Customer Service in today's era! Love the West Ashley team and all That they have done over the years for my family to help with our multiple automotive needs!
