We live in the Parks at Nexton Apartments and we are vacating specifically because of new management under Kettler. The property common areas are not clean, are in disrepair and are infested with insects that are over and above what might be normal or comfortable. Everytime you open your door, cockroaches are ready to come in from the hallway and the common areas/lights are filled with spider pods with thousands of babies and spiders everywhere.
