Dont move here! I moved in because it is affordable, but I feel like I live in the Projects! The staff are ignorant and very mean. The manager of the complex called me and my husband INSUBORDINATE!? I mean seriously? There is no grass or trees, and they constantly lose rent receipts and then blame the tennants for their unprofessionalism. Its really terrible.
I have lived here almost a year now. The location is great and the rent is VERY affordable. For a 40-some-year-old property the apartments look good. The staff is kind and maintenence gets done when needed. The place could use some landscaping, but other than that I like the place and Ill stay here while I save for a house. :)
I would not recommend anyone to live at this property. Managment sucks, You can not trust the manager because anytime she says something she backs out, she is never there for you and some favoritism happens. She does things for one but not for the others.
This place is horrible, no grass no trees, paint on the buldings are ugly. And maintenece is non existent. Drugs and gangs constant police harrassment, and humongeous roaches!!!incompetent office staff only one who does their job right is Mrs. KiKi!
