OMGGGGGG by far the worst apartments i have ever lived in the maintenance doesn't do their job they come act like they did something and really don't do nothing. I have been here since march of 2025 and it is now July and i have been living with my ac broke for almost three months now at night my apartment is 78 to 87 Degree they come and say nothing is wrong. I lived here for two years while I was going to college because it’s what I could afford. Please, please, please look for signs of roaches first before agreeing to lease a unit. When I moved in, I found an egg sack that the apartment had painted over in a drawer or baseboard. Over time, I realized we had a roach infestation. I was on management for months, and they never took the problem seriously. I don’t think they even used professional pest control.
