Clean and great environment. Diana is always friendly and helpful
I’ve been living here for over 1.5 years, and the experience has been consistently disappointing. One major issue is with Parcel Pending, the company they use for package lockers. On March 10, I received a package, but the locker wouldn’t open. I contacted Parcel Pending, and they couldn’t help—told me to reach out to the leasing office instead. I been living here 3 now years and I'm happy to say it's been a blessing to be here I haven't had no issues at all when I put in a work order maintenance fixes it immediately I appreciate Ms Cindy and Ms Diana for always making sure I'm good I would recommend living here for sure management and maintenance have been good to me and I appreciate yall keep doing what you doing God bless
I have been living at the Parks at Addison Apartments for over 10 years now, and I can confidently say that it has been an exceptional experience! From the moment I moved in, I felt welcomed by all of the staff. Cindy and Diana, the management team, are truly outstanding! They are always responsive to maintenance requests and genuinely care about the residents. Whenever I have a concern, they address it promptly and with a smile. Change management! Do not move here, all these 5 star reviews are probably from management them selves, literally everyone who has lived here hates it honestly worst apartments in DFW
