Ran across Taylor Frederick's review below. Seems like not much has changed since I lived there back in 2010. 1st the good: Can't beat the location. Loved the park across the street and fenced in dog park/run to the East. Apartment layout was great, and the grounds were kept up fairly well. Ok. Now the bad: Yup! Parking was atrocious. Started a sticker program where if you didn't have a sticker your vehicle would get towed away in the middle of the night. Sounds good right? OMGGGGGG by far the worst apartments i have ever lived in the maintenance doesn't do their job they come act like they did something and really don't do nothing. I have been here since march of 2025 and it is now July and i have been living with my ac broke for almost three months now at night my apartment is 78 to 87 Degree they come and say nothing is wrong. My light bill has been between 200 and 300 for the past 2 months because the air constantly runs trying to catch up. I have called the city on these people and everyth... read more
