I can’t believe how downhill this place has gone after “new” management took over. I usually never had issues except for the usual parking, stray cats, dog poop, and trash everywhere since maintenance does not clean. Now they don’t answer, close service tickets with no service, and never pick up the phone, ever. I do not recommend moving here. The price is not worth the headache. I’ve also heard it’s a nightmare to move out because they want to charge you additional rent after your move-out date with insane cleaning charges.... read more

I live at the Park Addison apartment complex. I have the money orders and receipts signed by the property management that prove I made my rent payments. I submitted two rental referrals and signed the required paperwork to receive two referral bonuses. I waited about two months for those bonuses, but later was told that the documents had been lost. Ya llevo un año viviendo en estos apartamentos. Mi esposo selló todos los orificios que dan para fuera,los de la meseta,los de los gabinetes,ya han fumigado y siempre ponemos spray pero hay cucarachitas a pesar de que limpio todo bien y lo mantengo cuidado,esto continúa y bastante incómodo y es falta de higiene y de preocupación por parte del condominio.
