I been living here 4 years now and it was great until new management took over now when I put in work orders they take forever to come out and fix the problem I had to go into the office multiple times which is ridiculous I dont think im gonna stay here another year im very unhappy with this new management couple years ago I would recommend this place but now I dont think so very disappointed in this place now
I’ve had bad experiences here but this weekend just made it that worse staying here. Anyone looking for an apartment do not apply for these apartments, I’ve had roaches everywhere. Pest control comes. They still come, everyone’s dog shits everywhere. No one picks up the poop maintenance never comes when needed for emergency, my apartment flooded this weekend, I had to call the fire department because no one Picked up the phone. Nico showed me a really nice townhome today, and the experience was great from start to finish. He was very friendly, welcoming, and made the tour feel comfortable without any pressure. The property itself has some really nice upgrades that definitely make it stand out. You can tell there was attention to detail, and it gives the home a more modern and polished feel. Yo también estoy acuerdo con lo que dice Natalie. Esa Señora Mónica usa el teléfono para traducir pero eso no sirve. Y que pecado de la respuesta de la compañía que dice que eso está bien cuando no es. Solo pura gente que habla inglés tienen. Estaba mejor cuando Cindy estaba aquí porque ella trataba de ayudarle a uno no como Mónica. No me siente cómodo con ella por el tono de voz que le habla a uno cuando uno no le puede entender.
