Nice apartment..
Assigned parking for under $600 monthly, not the Hilton but everything works and neighbors (for the most part) mind their own business.
These apartments are clean and well keep. I have new windows, refrigerator, and stove. Bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette, and living room. When I had an emergency and went a month with no income the landlord hooked me up with resources to pay my rent for me that month. Courtyard is well kept, mowed weekly in the summer, and all of our tenants share it and get along, we watch out for each other. Only place I could find that is affordable on SSI alone if I have to.
