Apartment 1321 smells of cat litter and pee. I have no cat I've been fighting this smell since move in day. They obviously just tried to cover it with paint
I wrote this while living there, but upon leaving is when I ran into problems. I put up a $500 refundable deposit in order for a satilite dish, had the paid receipt and the Apt OWNERS would not give it back, no explanation. Plus took me forever to get my regular deposit ......with little effort the OWENERS, not maintenance, could do more like do some outside painting, broken playground equipment, shrubs and such around the apartments.
