I wrote this while living there, but upon leaving is when I ran into problems. I put up a $500 refundable deposit in order for a satilite dish, had the paid receipt and the Apt OWNERS would not give it back, no explanation. Plus took me forever to get my regular deposit ......with little effort the OWENERS, not maintenance, could do more like do some outside painting, broken playground equipment, shrubs and such around the apartments. 3805. We have lived here for several years now. Management and maintenance have always been great to us with fast responses and with being professional but also friendly. We've lived alongside of great neighbors too, everyone checks on everyone. Family friendly as they have playgrounds and pool with festivities for holidays at the front office. Affordable price! L.
