Andy and his cronies are the worst landlords I've ever dealt with in my 4 years of university. Their houses are barely maintained in a livable state, they are difficult to reach when you need them, and they prey on naive 20something year old students who don't know what their rights are as tenants. Management is incredibly disorganized, constantly ghosting, rescheduling maintenance times, and seem incapable of communicating with one another.

Disgusting went to view a unit at 1275 Huron and there was roaches and graffiti everywhere disgusting smell and extremely ghetto

Disgusting service. Lived in a house during university. There is literal mold in the bathroom and kitchen and they did nothing about it before I moved in. Do not sign with this place

I lived in a lot of house. But i never find this type of apartment. Its really worst apartment. I would say living in Tent is better than this apartment. the way they work is really bad. this is the most worst living place in the London Ontario.
