This place is a huge rip off. When we moved in there were nails in the carpet and so many broken things and just dirty. We cleaned up and it’s been meh BUT our utilities have gotten out of hand. When we first moved in our trash was $20 and it kept going up??? (Like this should be a flat fee??) Trash alone went up to $50 then to $70 and $90. The people in the office have literally done nothing after saying we would all get refunded a credit and now it’s been 2 months. *you will be paying for other people's trash !! The water is constantly being shut off, the building is poorly put together, the classic land lord special. One part of our kitchen counter is literally not attached to anything and moves around if you even touch it. Not to mention our apartment didn’t come with a lock on the sliding glass door to the balcony. The parking situation is a mess, and my upstairs neighbors are constantly banging throughout the night and all day doing god knows what, and management has done nothing about it. I just signed the lease and I could not be happier with my decision. Tiffani from the leasing office is absolutely incredible and made every single part of this process fun, enjoyable and so so easy. She answered every single question we had in a timely manner and in general is just so amazing to work with. The staff we encountered during the tours were very friendly as well. The building itself is beautiful, clean and very well kept. I could not be more excited to move in!!

Zero stars if I could. The amount they charge for rent is ridiculous considering the apartments themselves have gone to crap. Our upstairs neighbors floors were so bad and we had to listen to them constantly. It was never quiet. Many residents seem to not give a crap about living in a shared space so it’s noisy and messy in common areas. Management never addressed our issues either.
