I recently moved in and i had a leakage in my toilet’s flush tank and i informed about this to the maintenance and they were pretty responsive and in the same day fixed it. The Plumber Adan came in quickly and resolved the issue quickly. Also to mention he left the bathroom super clean. Really nice of him to fix it so quick.
Mold? Leaks? Roaches? Filth? Horrible neighbors? Fire alarms interrupting sleep? If you like that, you’ll LOVE ReNew Parkone! Seriously, this building needs to be condemned. Our bathroom ceiling leaked for months without any repairs because the “upstairs neighbor refused to use a shower curtain.” Of course, with moisture comes mold. This is by far the worst apartment complex I have ever experienced in Minnesota. I stayed here many times while visiting friends, and every visit reminded me why I would never choose to live here. The entire property feels old, neglected, and poorly maintained. There are unpleasant odors throughout the building, including the hallways, parking garage, and common areas. Don’t live here unless you love mold! I used to like living here but ever since our apartment flooded and our ceiling fell in, it’s been nothing but problems. These pictures are the current state of our closet. We can’t use our AC unless we want our clothes soaking wet and rust stained, oh and maybe a little black mold on the side too! We have tried to remain calm and understanding but this has gone too far, we feel completely ignored by management and to even get a hold it’s gonna cost you an arm and a leg.
