Don't do it Like others have posted: the amenities aren't up to par; there's constant issues with the water, security, laundry. Additionally, we have had such a hard time with management and constantly have to correct them on our lease specifics. It's likely just an understaffing or mismanagement issue, but makes us feel lol they couldn't care less.

Please save yourself the hassle and don’t live here - if you end up in my apartment odds are you’ll hate it and you’re for sure getting awful neighbors. I saw Renew had my apartment listed for $380 more than when I moved in just two years ago. Insane. On top of that, the quality of the apartment itself is terrible. I’ve had to listen to my upstairs neighbor and the creaky flooring non stop and it’s been the worst apartment experience I’ve ever had, and I’ve lived in units older than this. simply don’t live here. water shut off once a week, packages always lost, trash bill has reached $80 a month, utilities in general are insanely high, trash and dog pee in hallways, laundry machines set on fire, will take months to get you a working oven, property manager never in office, could go on and on. many other options worth the same price that are better managed.

I saw Renew had my apartment listed for $300 more than when I moved in just two years ago. Insane. On top of that, the quality of the apartment itself is terrible.
