Want to do laundry? Hope you’ve got $6 to spare per load, if you can find a washer/dryer that works and hasn’t been set on fire from someone overloading it. Yes, that’s actually happened, MULTIPLE times. It’s the end of June and guess what’s still missing? PROPANE. That’s right, all the outdoor grills have sat empty for months. I finally gave up and bought a disposable one-time-use grill just to cook some brats. It was a good service everything got done. Even the light bulb in the master bedroom was fixed.
As many others have stated HVAC and water shut offs are a constant issue that go unresolved no matter how often you contact property management/maintenance. I’ve had ongoing issues with my heat since last January/February that have yet to be addressed and all I received as a fix from the property were a couple of space heaters.
An Honest Review from a Tenant who has lived here from 2024-2025. Overall- I would not recommend living here, even if it’s cheaper than other apartments close by. To start: 1. The water gets shut off at least once a week for hours on end. When the water comes back for the next few hours it is brown and disgusting. 2. It’s hot outside and you want to use your air conditioning? That’s too bad. They refuse to fix the air conditioning and claim it only works at a certain temperature. 3. Don’t live here. There’s plenty of options in the general area, don’t make the same mistake I did. Seems like every week there is a new problem. The water gets shutoff weekly, my unit flooded the first week I moved in. The air conditioning doesn’t work, and if you ask maintenance to fix it, they just mark it as complete and don’t change anything. Utilities are outrageous, as stated in another review.
