THE WORST LEASING COMPANY, STAY FAR AWAY. Buildings in Manhattan are infested with roaches and mice. The leasing company literally surprises tenants with random charges , Essentially stealing money from tenants. A home can be a sanctuary or a life burden. From mouse infestations to structural issues, Parkoff management does not provide support to tenants in a professional and timely manner. An example is a water leak I had in my bathroom, after repeated attempts throughout the life of this leak (about 3 years on and off) we only received a bandaid solution to a much bigger problem.
