Extremely friendly and helpful staff
The folks here are the nicest people you will come across! They were super accommodating when I got a flat tire on my bicycle. I cannot recommend them enough.
I used their pickup and indoor storage services for two years, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. Two years in a row, I was left waiting on the dock with no prior notice, only to be told at the last minute that their trailer had broken down (the day before). This spring, when my boat was returned, it was covered in tree pollen, cottonwood fluff, raccoon prints, and mud splattered across the front from the tow vehicle.
