So much earlier than parking in the airport lots! Bus was at my car before I opened my car door!!! Best place to park at Atl Airport!

It's the only facility I use! The service is outstanding!
Very disappointed today. Normally service is very good but tonight I waited at least 15 minutes parking in covered and no one came. I even tried calling 3 tines and no one answered. I had to walk all the way to front gate and getting in a shuttle was not the easiest there—not sure why service not up to par today. I park here one to two times per week, I tip well, and I expect better.
The only place I trust to park my vehicle!! No wait and great service! I highly recommend Park’N Ticket!
Diane Dalton is the most unprofessional person ever. She’s the reason i give this establishment one star. If you work in the airport she treats you like crap. I witnessed her calling this lady on the shuttle bus out because she left her ticket in the car. Told the lady she couldn’t park there anymore because she felt stupid in front ofa bus full of people. Her attitude is so nasty and disgusting. Customer service is not for her. Diane Dalton is a nasty person.
They were Great, we were parked there for 4 days and my friends car was safe and sound and afterwards after paying they gave us complementary drinks of our choice.. Great Service
