Good Place to Park-ATL Airport Park'N Ticket is a very conveniently located parking lot next to the Atlanta Airport. The location is at the first intersection outside the airport. I have found the shuttle bus drivers to be speedy and courteous. Unlike other lots, I have never had to wait a long time to be picked up. Also, I have found them to be very speedy in picking me up at the airport. In this day and time, its nice to have things run smoothly as you travel.
RecommendedSmooth parking and shuttle commute to airport, which is approximately 5 minutes away. It was fairly easy to locate the LN1 area to the shuttle bus, which was clearly marked. I didn’t have my little paper slip but I told the shuttle driver that I was parked at G4. He offered to load our luggage for us too. Upon arrival to the exit counter, we asked for military discount and that was great ($8/day). The lady even offered us complimentary water and soda. Talk about excellent customer service. We will park here again!

Very Unprofessional Company!! I advise any airport employees to NOT park with them. They treat them like crap. They will make airport employees late. Diane is rude and John the driver is rude. I feel racism from these two. Also, employees that work there discuss people to other people who park with them. The Better Business Bureau will be contacted about this company. Do yourself a favor don’t park here!!
Do not do International parking with these people. They will leave you stranded. Sat at the airport for over an hour. The other family on the curb said they had been waiting longer. Multiple calls to dispatch said 15-20 min but never showed. Had to get a cab to get back to my car.
Love the service for all my domestic travels Hwr, it is not good for international returns. I have been waiting more than 30 min today.... after 12 hours in an airplane....... not Good
