Very unorganized and unprofessional. We have been trying to close with them for well over a month and every time I turn around it's another hold up. I do not recommend at all. Do not let their employees super awesome customer service voice fool you into thinking you are actually getting good customer service.
RecommendedKirk is an absolute asset to Parkmont and its clients. We started working on mortgage approval paperwork last week. We went under contract a couple of days ago and Kirk and his team have made the process actually enjoyable and easy unlike other Lending companies who drag things out and waste your time. I would recommend Parkmont to absolutely anyone looking to purchase a house! A+
