I do not recommend anyone to go here, This place is a joke since the best doctor left ......The wait is horrible, I saw a woman called Mary Lou, she told me some crud was going around but told me to take over the counter Sudifed sinus , and if it wasn't better in 5 to 7 days to call then they would send in a prescription for antibiotics, but she wanted to give me a steroid shot right then 🤔wth ?my throat was red irritated 😩It is more than sinus, yet she wanted me to suffer for 5 to 7 days ..... no thank you ! Any time I go in there, I have to wait forever and I have no patience whatsoever. Even when i call them, I’m also put on hold forever. I took my youngest son in there today and one of the nurses shoved a long swab in his nose, for the flu test, in which she hurt him and made him cry. He was sick and nobody even took his temperature. They charge way too much for doing hardly anything.

I’m a new teacher, so I’ve been sick with a million different things just this month. ParkMed is always fast, thorough, kind, and very helpful!

I don't know who the new Dr. is here but I do know the person is horrible and shouldn't be practicing medicine if she has no compassion especially in an Urgent Care office.
