The best apartments in New Castle County. The Debby, in the office, and Johnny, in maintenance, are very responsive to any problems. They make the effort to maintain and attract good tenants. I have lived here since 2006 and have never had any problem with bugs or rodents. The apartments are very well designed to give you the maximum living space.
