Honestly, if I could rate David ZERO STARS, I would. When I first met David, he seemed great, and I was super excited to work with him, as he was renting me my first place with my children. I am a single mother of 2 kids, and he knew that. While living in my apartment, there were MULTIPLE issues, that were brought to David's attention, and absolutely NOTHING was done as a resolution.
