I actually have nothing bad about parkledge I actually miss it here a lot they where very great honestly and if I had the means I would've stayed in my place!
This place is horrible. Management does nothing to help with any situation you may have. They talk to you anyway they want or they look in your face like you are crazy. It's garbage everywhere. This place is going down hill quick. I would not recommend anyone to move in here. Make this place last on your list of places you want to move too. This review deserves a zero just because of who is running the place and the owner not trying care of his property. Disappointing.
Lovely building to work and live in!! The staff works tirelessly to appease ungrateful tenants. People who don't pay their rent love to complain about the staff, But if I was miserable I'd complain and lie too. Affordable housing at its finest.
The management is so rude and nasty. There’s only 1 person out of 4 that is actually helpful. Solangy is super helpful and has been there for years. The one star is for her. They made Shanon the front desk person, the new rental manager, she can’t even speak for herself. Every-time she speaks the manager comes to the phone to speak for her. The actual manager is horrible it’s disgusting that she’s still employed. Since the first day I met her she was rude and had an attitude. Can’t wait to move!!
