Josie Graham was amazing! Joise handled a very long and frustrating situation with grace and decorum. Thankfully we met her in a situation where we had Not just lost a loved one. Josie took a situation my family had been working on for over a year and handled it in under 2 hours. It felt a little weird to be laughing in a cemetery office, but Josie made us all feel so comfortable. I highly recommend Josie Graham to anyone who needs guidance. Just not pastrami… Thanks Josie!

Josie is wonderful- she always takes such good care of my family. We have multiple family members in Parklawns care, she took care of each one with such care great care and professionalism. She always makes time for us regardless of what else she has going on. She guides with such grace and compassion, a true jem. We love her so much and are beyond thankful for her support over the years. Love you so much Josie, you are our family.
I am very disappointed that my parents bought plots here and I am forced to deal with this place. Staff is incompetant, unresponsive and customer service is horrible. They placed my father's marker on the wrong grave years ago and I was the one who found it. Nothing has changed 17 years later. Customer service is terrible, it appears no one wants to work and feel they should NOT have to. They will not call you back and make ridiculous excuses for their failures.
