I am very disappointed that my parents bought plots here and I am forced to deal with this place. Staff is incompetant, unresponsive and customer service is horrible. They placed my father's marker on the wrong grave years ago and I was the one who found it. Nothing has changed 17 years later. Customer service is terrible, it appears no one wants to work and feel they should NOT have to. They will not call you back and make ridiculous excuses for their failures. Go somewhere else if you can!
In time of need you guys where very comforting and knowledgeable of our needs. I really like your service and all the products you have to offer. I was glad my wife chose you for her place to rest
Had an appointment with Michael Reid, he was very helpful. He has a positive,kind attitude. I was at ease working with him.
I am my cousins POA and Josie took the time to research the paperwork I had from 1999 and helped me find out what was paid for and she basically took care of everything for me!
