Service really going down hill. Garbage everywhere. No underground parking enforcement/ lack of building security causing break ins, and stolen property. Maintenance takes an eternity if you don’t want unsupervised strangers in your home - even when it includes mold or broken locks.
Terry is an awesome person technically to fix any issues and he os superfast to make the things done. Thanks for your service Terry!
I am still staying here for the past 7months. One of the worst apartments I have stayed so far. No proper maintenance and service. When I moved in, They have handed over the apartment with just basic vacuum and not even floor washed. As I start using the apartment I start finding evening and had to raise a complaint to fix it.
