We were notified that our apartment needed to be treated for cockroaches. We followed every preparation instruction, disassembled the apartment, and removed our cats for the scheduled appointment which was a monday. The treatment never happened because the temporary staff member working for management did not have access to the master keys. No one called us when the technician could not get inside. Service really going down hill. Garbage everywhere. No underground parking enforcement/ lack of building security causing break ins, and stolen property. Maintenance takes an eternity if you don’t want unsupervised strangers in your home - even when it includes mold or broken locks.
Terry is an awesome person technically to fix any issues and he os superfast to make the things done. Thanks for your service Terry!
