I’ve had a great experience living here! It’s a quiet, safe, and clean community, and I really enjoy living here. The property management company does an excellent job, and the property manager and the entire staff are always very friendly, helpful, and professional. I truly appreciate how well the community is maintained and how welcoming everyone is. I’m very happy to call this place home and would definitely recommend it!
Lived here with my dad honestly it was a beautiful apartment for the price but the property manager just doesn’t know how to do her job huge ego and literally Locks us out from using the trash shoot , resulting into many residents leaving their trash around I’ve never seen or heard of anything mice or roaches issue until now ! Honestly do better and find someone who will actually take care of the property!
We were notified that our apartment needed to be treated for cockroaches. We followed every preparation instruction, disassembled the apartment, and removed our cats for the scheduled appointment which was a monday. The treatment never happened because the temporary staff member working for management did not have access to the master keys. No one called us when the technician could not get inside. Had they contacted us, we could have returned to let the technician in—or, at the very least, brought our cats home instead of l... read more
