Rented here for two years. The location is quiet and my apartment was in great condition. The cost of utilities never ran high. Both the tenants and the landlord are friendly and responsible, and I never had to wait long for any issue to be resolved. Take care of your place and you will receive your full deposit upon move-out :). One downside was that my unit (on the lower level) was a little dark during the day. Very apartment much parking
I LOVED my time at Bryan Park Apartments. I can't wait to move back in. The location Simply Can Not Be beat! Below was my view from my living room every day simply Stunning. I so enjoyed bird watching and enjoying the foot traffic in Bryan Park by all kinds of Creatures. The only thing that topped the location was my Landlord. If you have an issue you will get it resolved extremely fast.
I am so grateful for this apartment and complex. The neighbors are all responsible and friendly, the location is absolutely perfect for getting anywhere in town on bike or foot, Bryan Park is just a few steps from our front doors, and my landlords are super communicative and responsive. The landlords work hard to make sure everything is in working order. Overall, I am extremely happy with my experience here.
I had a terrible experience with the landlord here. Multiple issues with mold and the landlord just wanted to ignore it and say it was a reoccurring problem.
