Great building and location, terrible management. The fire them then it would be a perfect building.
Just wanted to share that the management there’s are very professional & cares about there tenants, when there’s an issue they quickly respond to get the situation resolved. It’s not likely you see management take the time to make sure the people in the building are feeling good & happy. Josh Morton & Katherine Hasenauer are the management there, very kind & courtesy to all people that comes by.
If you wanna live in hell this is the place, management team is the most inept, tyrant, , arrogant dictators, ridiculous bylaw, our doors have a 2” gap from the floor, old AC and heathers, cockroaches, elevator, breaking down constantly, such a ridiculous law that you can’t even have a floor mat or any decoration on your door or hallway, random home inspection without previous notice, they put a weekly notification of the most, not important things, repairs take extensively long time, our concierge is a revolving door.
