If I could give this zero stars I would. Rude, unprofessional slum lords best describes my experience here. Building construction is compromised due to years of neglect and "band aid" fixes. I have been in my unit 6 months and will be leaving next month. Slanted flooring, uneven flooring, probably broken floor foundation, you can feel every movement from upstairs unit, causing my unit to shake. The noise is intolerable. They have no idea what is going on in the apartment buildings, they will charge you money for repairs even when you are not the cause of whatever is broken. Shady business, complete neglect of the disabled people that live in the building (The elevator was broken for weeks without anyone trying to fix it). I, myself am not disabled, and fine with taking the stairs but I witnessed people not getting out of their apartments for weeks, having garbage piling up etc. Bad service, completely disorganized.
