I had an appt today at 11, I'm not sure the hygienist name but she was amazing!! She was able to take care of my issue and was very thorough. She even fixed the way I smiled without knowing she fixed it. Given what my appt was for she was amaizng and very patient with me being so picky!! Awesome customer service. I called these guys in the middle of a pandemic, freezing temps, hazardous roads, non-patient, no insurance with tooth pain that I couldn't take anymore. I was in the chair within 30 minutes of hanging up the phone! This is the example of how to not only operate a business but how to treat people. Can I give you guys 6 stars?? Thank you so much!!
I love this place the people are so nice and helpful. They truely care about your wellbeing... And not just about making money. They have helped me so many times i cant even number them... Come see them or call...
The staff, from the receptionist to the hygienist, at Parklane Family Dental were good. My issue is with Dr. Mike. During the first procedure I received from him, he punctured my tongue nerve while giving a regular numbing shot. His comment when it happened was, "Well, at least now I know where I am in there." Totally not an appropriate comment to make! When the feeling had not returned after a week, it took me three days of calling to get a phone call back from him concerning the issue - during which time I managed to bite ... read more
I had two perfect root canals here no pain at all! Everyone in the office is so sweet and accomdating. Very happy with all of my services!
Dr. Mike and his entire team make me feel at home every time I walk through the door. They're very tuned into their patients and make sure you're never in pain. Highly recommended!
