Leaving a review for this posting as well as it appears to have more than one listing and all under the same management. Overpriced and absolutely no regard for your time. Almost every single ortho appt was 20 to 60 minutes behind schedule. There is literally no room to sit in the waiting room while they run behind so I had to stand with my daughter while we wait with no updates. This office is terrible as there is no communication. Have been a Parklane Dental customer for over 10 years. First time had encounted the one and only very rude front desk, her name is Grace. What happened was seems like my company changed the insurance plan last year, there was some delay in that. They didn’t check my insurance validity or notified me I have to pay out of pocket before the appointment. She told me twice, once normal and last time was commanding me angrily (in wordings and in tone), I have to pay out of pocket if my insurance is not covered. I said no I’m not ... read more

“Parklane Dental has changed.” said with my deepest disappointment. I started to go to Parklane because of my friends' high praise of their professionalism, great customer services, and advanced skills. However, this incidence turned me away from Parklane. They have became money machine. Only smiles while payment :) Long story short, I called to request if I had warranty on my filling, and needing a repair for chipped filling.
