This apartment is beautiful tragedy. Built in the 1920's, the styling inside is nice, even in the apartments. However, the hallways frequently smell like pot and have loud music blaring throughout. Occasionally you'll get cigarette smoke filling your apartment from the vents. The maintenance guy is rather rude, and will turn off the elevator anytime someone is moving in or out if he seems them, so if you live on the upper floors, good luck, and if you are handicapped, you're screwed.
