BE WARNED!!!!!!! I contacted this company informed of my move out but they not only stole supplies while in the middle of a move out but also lied and kept my $800 deposit saying it was used for cleaning. Im a professional person, live alone and cleaned thoroughly since ive been working from home since March. Consider another property manager before you commit with this organization. I rented from them for 1yr. 6 mo. There’s no central heat and a/c. No dishwasher, no in-unit washer/dryer, no pool or hot tub. The water heater was on bricks. So charming! Parklane tried raising my rent in my cracker box, oops I mean rental from 900, 950 to 975. Were any improvements done? No. Their properties are stripped, not equipped, and overpriced. Boise can do better than these slumlords.
