Do not go to the park line clinic here to drop off stool samples for Parkland Hospital. They will not help you and will send you to the clinic on Barton Street.
They’re very unprofessional lack empathy and dismissive. Whomever is the manager of this facility they need to do some serious training with their staff furthermore why doesn’t take an hour for a room to be available to see a doctor. It’s simply disgusting and I wouldn’t recommend anyone go there !!!
I arrived at 12:30 PM for my scheduled appointment, and it is now 3:30 PM. We have spent over three hours at the clinic. The visit has involved multiple steps, including registration, financial services, insurance verification, educational counseling, lab work, and other appointments. While I understand that these steps may be necessary, there have been long waiting periods between each one, with my wife being called every 10–15 minutes for a brief interaction and then asked to wait again.
