Not only do they take their SWEET time but also emphasizing NO CHILDREN inside on their paperwork yet tons of children seen going inside (they don’t care). My fiancé had an appointment at 7:30 and it took a half hour to be seen. Despite having coverage they try charging $21 for the visit and don’t even check. Wouldn’t come here again.
This place really deserves NO STARS. If you not Hispanic you might as well book somewhere else. My appointment was at 9:30am. I’m not sure why the appointment even matters if they not going by that time, I understand waiting 30-40 minutes after your appointment time I get that, but a whole 3 hours is crazy! They have the patient care techs calling people names from 5 different doors and when i told them i believe my name was called they said it wasn’t and if it was they’ll call again in the next 5 minutes.
