I arrived at 12:30 PM for my scheduled appointment, and it is now 3:30 PM. We have spent over three hours at the clinic. The visit has involved multiple steps, including registration, financial services, insurance verification, educational counseling, lab work, and other appointments. Not only do they take their SWEET time but also emphasizing NO CHILDREN inside on their paperwork yet tons of children seen going inside (they don’t care). My fiancé had an appointment at 7:30 and it took a half hour to be seen. Despite having coverage they try charging $21 for the visit and don’t even check. Wouldn’t come here again.
