we really love living here. The apartments are more like condos. all private entrances. We have our own patio & washer and dryer in unit. there's a little gym at the front office and an area you can reserve for little parties that includes a kitchen and even patio with a grill. only thing missing is a pool! Management is amazing. Christine is so responsive. Parklands is a very beautiful community, Christine was and has been amazing , I’m loving my new home me and my girls ! Pictures do this place no justice it’s beautiful! I loved living in Parklands of Chili for the past couple years! Christine is a wonderful property manager who is always on top of everything. If you need anything, she is super responsive and helpful. The maintenance is great as well, if I ever had an issue (rarely did) they would come out and address it quickly, even when it was just replacing some lightbulbs for me. I know they’ve done a lot of updating recently in their units as well!
I have lived here for almost 3 years and have gone through 4 property managers, most currently Christine who is phenomenal. She responds to phone calls and emails quickly and goes above and beyond to answer your questions and plan community events like sidewalk sales and ice cream socials. Maintenance responds quickly, apartments are well kept, and the rent is reasonable compared to similar properties in the area.
