My wife and I have enjoyed staying at the parklands of chili for about three years now, well maintained property, quiet and close to target and Wegmans, the property manager Christine is like a close friend and Connor the maintenance man is trustworthy and skilled
We lived at The Parklands of Chili Apartments for a year and had a wonderful experience. The community is quiet, well-maintained, and in a great location—close to everything but still peaceful. Our apartment was clean and spacious, and any maintenance requests were handled quickly and professionally. We really enjoyed living here. Awesome community and amazing hospitality by Christine and Connor . Our fridge broke and they had a replacement installed in 2 hours. We really enjoyed the area too, lots of nice trails to hike down the road and black creek . Strongly recommended living at parklands
we really love living here. The apartments are more like condos. all private entrances. We have our own patio & washer and dryer in unit. there's a little gym at the front office and an area you can reserve for little parties that includes a kitchen and even patio with a grill. only thing missing is a pool! Management is amazing. Christine is so responsive. Parklands is a very beautiful community, Christine was and has been amazing , I’m loving my new home me and my girls ! Pictures do this place no justice it’s beautiful!
