The staff and the veterinarian were very helpful and allowed for time to make treatment decisions. I appreciated that time wasn't a factor, rather they wanted to ensure good understanding (many other places give you 15 min only) so this was helpful. I think the pricing was fair market value, it wasn't an urgent appt but it was their weekend pricing just to be clear. We will absolutely return to this clinic. 🦺
Called today to ask for some advice as we suspected that our puppy had swallowed one of his toys. The receptionist was not helpful nor kind. Told me puppy probably needs surgery but that they were short staffed and full today. Not even suggested possibly an xray first to be sure? Called a clinic in Red Deer and they offered immediate advice and help. Puppy certainly did not need surgery. Front staff haven't been the kindest the other few times we were in either. Dr. Keating has been an incredible part of our lives, caring for our dog, Frank, for nearly 15 years. Her intelligence, compassion, and dedication are truly amazing. Had the most wonderful first time visit to a vet EVER!! Great front of house help and service. Kim was beyond welcoming and thorough and was wonderful with my dog. Dr Keating was brilliant and so caring. I could feel how much they both love thier jobs. we have found our new home
