Extremely disappointed. My cat was examined, and urine specimen brought in. She is has high anxiety, even the vet was too scared to examine her thoroughly. ( She even wanted her to have a light sedation med before bringing her in again!)She was prescribed an antibiotic and NSAID. I didn't read directions correctly, only gave it to her once a day instead of 2. So Dr Keating prescribed it again. Very disappointed with our experience. There was no sense of urgency and care for the well being of my pet. Receptionist was not helpful.
Best veterinary experience we’ve ever had. Dr. Wilson was extremely informative and positively interacted with my dog. Very reasonably priced. Kind staff.
Extremely disappointed. Not only was my dog turned away coming out of town three minutes late… the integrity of this clinic is terrible. Very rude and my dog was really sick and it didn’t matter at all to them. I get that vets are a business but this clinic is not about our pets well being.
