Gurjeet who came to do some maintenance work was very professional and respectful
I rented from avenue living this year and I found it really amazing as the lease process was really quick and smooth by Sahib bhai as he is the unit manager. Also, there were some issues in the unit and I informed him about that. The next day they fixed it and I had a good experience. The best thing is, whenever I called Sahib, he responded quickly.
My friend and I moved to this location a couple of months ago. We love the place, the neighbors, and the whole environment. I'm glad that I got a generous property manager, Sahibpreet . We contacted him a week before our old lease expired. He knew what we wanted, and all in all, the new lease was finalized within a few hours of us contacting him.
I recently rented my townhouse through Sahibpreet, and the whole experience was amazing. He was super easy to talk to and always quick to respond whenever I had questions.
