Amazing experience with leasing specialist Jordan, she is very friendly and helpful, great location, and close to all amenities and most important thing is great management staff and maintenance staff. Definitely recommend it for a nice home to live.
I've lived here four years now. Any problems are dealt with right away. The sidewalks are cleared of snow and Dwayne is always making sure branches are picked up. I would recommend living here. SB
My time at Parkland Townhomes was really great, the immediate area has a really friendly and quiet vibe, the strip mall on Dunmore has everything I needed within walking distance, and the property management staff was really earnestly kind and helpful. The townhouse itself was in great shape, got lots of natural light, and was so spacious for the price. I hope work brings me back to the Hat soon, I will be looking for a place at Parkland Townhomes without a doubt. Thanks Jordan and Dwayne for all your help, see you soon :)
