I had a toilet issue and got it resolved right away. Also my front burner on my stove wasn't working either but I got a brand new replacement as well. So far so good...Gurjeet was very helpful!!
Been renting with Avenue Living for almost 2 years and have had zero issues with anything. Been a great place , people down at the office are really great to deal with too. Definitely recommend these guys to people looking for rent
