I don’t like to leave negative reviews, but I am disappointed that no one came for the appointment I had scheduled today. I called in Thursday evening for an appointment for Saturday 3/14 at 12:00pm. The lady seemed nice and told me I would be meeting someone, whose name I don’t remember. Now I am open to modifying this review as I am interested in staying here and I understand everyone wants to enjoy their weekend.I just wish I would’ve been notified no one was coming before making the trip. Alright, I've been at Parkland Square now for 10 years moved in back in 2013 and I absolutely love living here. It's very close to i25, King Soopers and every thing else in-between. Now, let's be real not every apartment complex is going to be perfection there might be exceptions that doesn't mean it's a "terrible" place to live. In the ten years I've lived here the only bad situation I've had was leaving my car unlocked and stuff got stolen...why did I leave my car unlocked? my fault. Nice apartments for the price! It is right in front of a park that is connected to a big walking trail. The rooms stay pretty warm during the winter. The leasing office staff do their best to respond to request in a timely manner. Over all, it is a good option!
I’ve reported an off leash dog in a specific room number 5 or more times and NOTHING has been done. Their dog has attacked and “rushed” my dog NUMEROUS times. When I reported them for having their dog off leash, they knew it was me (because I had asked them to get their dog away and leash it) and they have since been harassing me, cussing at me, and threatening me and then lied to the leasing office when I reported them for that and ALL the leasing office has done is said they’d write BOTH of us up (when ALL I’ve done is not... read more
