I lived here for the past three years and it was great. The maintenance team was always communicative and on top of requests. The place is affordable and in a great area - close to downtown Littleton and easy access to Santa Fe. The leasing staff was also always communicative on projects and things going on in the building. If you’re single and need an affordable spot this is the place!
I lived here for 4 years. Jana in the office is amazing and the entire maintenance team was fabulous. The reason I can't give 5 stars is because of the dogs. Too many irresponsible dog owners live here. Dogs off leashes, dogs barking all day because of separation anxiety when their owners are gone, and the East entrance always smelled like dog pee. If you're not a dog person, maybe consider something else.

I don’t like to leave negative reviews, but I am disappointed that no one came for the appointment I had scheduled today. I called in Thursday evening for an appointment for Saturday 3/14 at 12:00pm. The lady seemed nice and told me I would be meeting someone, whose name I don’t remember. Now I am open to modifying this review as I am interested in staying here and I understand everyone wants to enjoy their weekend.I just wish I would’ve been notified no one was coming before making the trip. Alright, I've been at Parkland Square now for 10 years moved in back in 2013 and I absolutely love living here. It's very close to i25, King Soopers and every thing else in-between. Now, let's be real not every apartment complex is going to be perfection there might be exceptions that doesn't mean it's a "terrible" place to live. In the ten years I've lived here the only bad situation I've had was leaving my car unlocked and stuff got stolen...why did I leave my car unlocked? my fault.
