The front desk staff was rude, and unfortunately this has been a repeated experience. It’s frustrating that patient feedback about this issue doesn’t seem to be taken seriously. On the other hand, the doctors and nurses are wonderful. Even though the nurses are on their feet all day, they still treat patients and families with kindness, love, and genuine care. They are not friendly at all... Like ya'll need to quit and let somone else take your place
I went here for my baby’s first 3 appointments. The first was fine! I was in and out quickly. But the second appointment i was made to wait 3 hours despite having have been 30 minutes early for my appointment. Only for the appointment to be literally no more than 10 mins and not to have any of my questions answered lol. The third time i came in i was on my own. Strollers are not allowed in the rooms so i was again made to wait 2 hours despite having an appointment time. The nurse measured my baby and i expressed some concern... read more
Tuve muy mala experiencia. Ayer lleve a mi niña con covi y con temperatura de 102.1 y no me quisieron ayudar. Llame a línea de enfermería y como ya estaba ahí una enfermera que me atendió la llamada me dijo que si ya estaba ahí que pasara para ayudarnos ella solo hablaba ingles.dijo que dejaría un mensaje.
