I’m honestly not someone who usually takes the time to write reviews, but I had to for this salon because my experience has been that amazing. I cannot recommend this nail salon enough! My nail tech is incredibly talented, detail-oriented, and always makes sure my nails come out absolutely perfect. She takes her time, listens to exactly what I want, and somehow makes them look even better than I imagined every single time. Went for a regular gel mani. Every color I selected, the nail artist told me no try pink. I don’t like pink though. I chose a color and he came back with a lighter pink and at that point I just wasn’t in the mood to argue. The manicure was done very sloppily and I had to ask him at the end to wipe the nail polish around my nails off with acetone and he was like its fine. 1 week later and half my nails have peeled off.

Since new owners bought a little over a year ago quality and experience has declined! Been going to this salon for over 5 years before the new owners. Very disappointed. It’s the lack of quality and rushing from the actual owners own work that’s making me look for other nail salons in Parkland. Also prices have gone up twice in less than two years. Not worth it!
