I went to go visit a friend in one of their buildings called The Charmer worst place to live in Palm Beach County. It’s a very old building I guess nobody cares about it there is bad odor in all the hallways and in the actual unit it self. Roaches everywhere. The kitchen in her apartment is filled with mold she has mold everywhere in her unit. There’s no security what so ever, cars get broken Into almost every week with the street parking. The rent she’s paying for such an old unit is ridiculous.
