We hired Kim based off the recommendation of both family and our realtor. She met with a family member to complete our purchase home inspection as we were out of town and we heard nothing but wonderful things from her, her process, and attention to details. We got our inspection report so quickly - and it had information on so much,plus more. Would absolutely use again and recommend to others!
My wife and I purchased an acreage of a new home build. Kim was super thorough and found one item that could have cost us a couple thousand dollars. She is worth every penny ! I highly recommend this company. Kim’s attention to details was more then I could hope for. Honest, kind and only wants to help you know what you’re buying. She explains everything, you can ask her anything after the inspection also and she answers right away. A company you can trust, I honestly can’t say enough good about thing’s about my experience with this company.

Super thorough, other than she missed our stove top burners only working on the highest setting, even when it’s dialed to the lowest setting.
