Bad experiences.they hook up my Mediport up the wrong way, had my Mediport on me for 4 day without my chemo..went back hm and they still did something wrong back to clinic again…..,Patricia Chattman
Worst experience ever my hematologist won't take responsibility for my pain control or transfer me to anyone.Came to the infusion clinic and they took out my iv before sending me to the er even tho it's the same facility. Not that I'll get the chance to come back anyway because my dr won't let me because i didn't want too take blood thinners during my last admission but the hospital dr said it was fine as long as i walk around. This department is the hematology and Clinic lab it was established for cancer patients I'm a cancer survivor I had the best treatments that you could have ever had in the last 5 years the staff is wonderful and treatments of very good and the medicine is wonderful I've been in remission for 2 years thank God for Parkland Hospital
