Worst hospital ever . Should have driven to St. Louis . The nurse practitioner ANGELA MENZ has a terrible bedside manner . She is disrespectful , dismissive and doesn’t let a patient finish a sentence before she rudely interrupts you. I’ve literally been battling Do yourself a favor f you need a hospital go to Festus or St. Louis and go to a MERCY center. Had to go to Parkland ED this past weekend. From the moment I got there until I left everyone was excellent and so caring. Dr Clippard and Candace I thank you all and the rest of the staff that helped me!
DR LAWRENCE BROWN IN THE ER QUICKLY COVERED ALL BASES.All the nursing staff was absolutely on top of their game .They gave me two bags of fluid and it was impossible to see where the line went in.
Visited this hospital this weekend due to needing sutures from a fall, hitting my head. The staff was EXCELLENT! Thank you all for the great care I received! Also, thank you for doing your due diligence in ordering a head CT since I had a head injury! I truly appreciate your caring, kindness and professionalism!!
