Wish i could give 0 stars my husband had a bad allergic reaction they accused him of being on drugs let him sit out in er for 4 hours left went back by ambulance still pushed him aside to er he was have a bad allergic reaction that caused him alot of pain he was screaming in er god help you people who are you to judge we left again we will never be back at that bandaid station
2 reviews here! The er? Disgusted. Since the old hospital closed, this location has gotten worse and worse. Bjc should be ashamed. Behavioral patients crammed into a small room awaiting transfers, extreme er wait times somtimes lasting hours, and a clear lack of ability to identify priority cases by intake staff. There are a lot of reviews about the staff, but I cut them slack here. Its about an overworked, over filled hospital that needs another facility to relieve the pressure so the staff dont burn out. If i could give this a 0 I would!!! My sister went in since she was having an active MC. Instead of treating her they kept her in the lobby BLEEDING AND CRYING. I understand there is nothing that could be done while that is happening BUT they could've taken her to the back AND DONE SOMETHING. INSTEAD THEY MADE HER WALK BLEEDING AND WANTED HER TO PEE IN A DAYUM CUP!!!!!! They threatened to kick the BF out if he continued to talk to us on the phone. I love Parkland heath center.. this is where my primary care doctor Amy is located.. I have been seeing her for like 3 years. I the old building at the actual Parkland hospital upstairs.. now they have a brand new building behind Parkland hospital on Hazel lane.. I get to see the veer wonderful Helicopter called Air Vac 8.. it landing pad is right next to the hospital.. and I conveniently get to see it every time I go to the doctor.. lol.. that is thrilling for me.. because I love Helicopters 🤣💯⚘️🇺🇸 The new doctors offic... read more
