The sales team of Joanne and Matt were outstanding. They were supportive, polite and responsive throughout the sales process. Josh and his operations team are quite responsive addressing any issues with the condo (paint, carpet, doors, locks, windows, HVAC, etc.). We decided to go with the in-house mortgage company, DHI Mortgage. They did have competitive rates (actually lower than the competition). I am writing to this regarding the unresolved issue I’ve experienced with DR Horton Title in relation to the 2024 county tax bill for my property in Parkland Crossing, Breinigsville. During the property closing, I was charged for county taxes for reminder of 2024.
