I visited the Parkland Crossing community by D.R. Horton and had a really great experience. Joanne took the time to break everything down, especially when it came to pricing and what my estimated monthly payment would look like, which really helped me understand what was realistic for me. She explained everything in a way that was easy to understand and never made it feel confusing or rushed. If you’re looking for new construction townhomes, it’s definitely worth stopping in and having a conversation with her.
