Everyone was great. Jeremy was very helpful and open to a first-time homeowner.
I had an excellent experience from the very start working with the sales representatives Jeremy Wheeler and Joanne Goldstein. They were extremely helpful and knowledgeable and made my first new build home purchase go flawlessly. They answered all of my questions and returned all of my phone calls in a timely manner.They are both very professional and I highly recommend both of them.

The sales team of Joanne and Matt were outstanding. They were supportive, polite and responsive throughout the sales process. Josh and his operations team are quite responsive addressing any issues with the condo (paint, carpet, doors, locks, windows, HVAC, etc.). We decided to go with the in-house mortgage company, DHI Mortgage. They did have competitive rates (actually lower than the competition).
