I called on Wednesday 12/14/16 to have my medication refill and the automated system said they will be ready Monday evening 12/19/16. So I waited till Wednesday 12/21/16 to go pick the medication up at 10:30am and they said that my medication will be ready after 12:00pm because it was being filled at another location and it will be delivered at 12:00pm that day 12/21/16. I love my kids doctor.. Dr Berry but they never, never answer the phone at her clinic. I have told the doctor and staff but they claim they don't know what's wrong with it. Smh it's so frustrating cuz when I need to ask a question and mark an appointment I have to drive all the way up there.
I love my nurse!!! Mellisa is so sweet and Marisela is such an amazing helper! �The lady's in the front desk are very kind. Some of the ladies asked for your payment are nice but you also have some that are really rude. The guy that does the sonograms is very boring. For a first time mommy I was expecting them to make a big deal and make it special for me.. it was more like ...here's the arm here's another arm oh and here's the legs. The people that do the lab work and take your blood are very kind also.
This place IS TERRIBLE. WAITING OUTSIDE ON THE GROUND
I was there Friday to get my Girlfriend's prescription so I went to Suite 100 the walk-in clinic the receptionist said be back Monday morning before 8 am they only see 18 to 20 people that morning well we get there and they were only seeing 5 that morning and 5 that afternoon.so I was lied to by the receptionist
Well I still don't have a primary care physician yet but the news that doctor gave me about my blood pressure was great.
Very Friendly Staff. They Are Very Helpful And Caring About Your Health.
