I was really lucky to find Dr. W. I needed someone who specialize in my condition and she does and she’s very caring. She takes the time to talk to you about your concerns even if it’s something that she needs to refer you out on she does not just pass you by. I would recommend Dr. W to anyone.
Dr. Wijemanne came to our appointment very prepared, and not at all rushed, to provide a thorough assessment that was needed, as well as diagnosis. Our experience with other neurologists was far more rushed, with no ability to meaningfully ask questions during the appointments. Her bedside manner was also terrific, as was her willingness to really dig into medical records to investigate symptoms and arrive at a recommended path forward.
