Valet service was terrible, wrecked my car on the passenger side but along curb. Valet service said because I didn't notice it until after I left they won't take responsibility for it. Clearly rubbed along a curb, cracking the bumper. You cannot self park at this hotel and have to use the Valet service. They were late 2 out of 4 days, taking over 30 minutes to retrieve my car even at 5am in the morning. You better do a full walk around of your car every time you get it back from the valet service.
