I recently had a terrible experience with a parking attendant who epitomized poor customer service. After inserting my ticket into the card scanner multiple times, it kept rejecting my payment. Each attempt ate away at the minutes, and when it finally worked, the time had just passed the hour threshold, forcing me to pay more. I called 4 times and left messages each time and no one ever called me back. My car was involved in hit and run right near a camera and should have had video footage of the accident. They said they had no footage of this. This information was obtained after I filed a police report and the police asked them for evidence
