I had jury duty. It was pouring rain. wasn't sure where to park. I parked in this parking from 0800-1200. I moved it on my break when I found out where I should park. I received a parking ticket of $92.
Note: this lot is a flat fee for the day/evening ($15), so not economical if you’re only in the area for a couple hours. I wasn’t aware of the flat fee until after we scanned & entered our info.
Being from out of town we thought this was museum parking so didn't even think it was pay parking. After looking on Google maps we saw that the signage is small and can be easily missed. Signs need to be bigger.
The parking lot is convenient to the US Olympic and Paraolympic Museum. Easy to access. The only difficulty was actually paying for the parking. There are two kiosks (side by side) where you should be able to pay for the parking (7.50 for the day) using credit cards. However, they both gave errors when attempting to process my payment (tried two different credit cards/same error). So now what? How do I pay an unattended parking lot?
