Mammogram/imaging department (Suzanne/Sonia and team) are amazing. Very professional, kind, understanding. It’s an absolute pleasure working with the team .. definite 5 star rating. Emergency department long waiting times.. very challenging but staff is fantastic .. we appreciate you and all that you do
Emerg is very dirty, filthy to be exact. Air quality is low in there. They don’t even have air purifier or cleaning robots. Disgusting!
Knocked off stars because they made me wait 8 hours, only to at the end forget my health card # on my prescription which I desperately needed. When I was there I was not given anything for pain for four hours also. Still giving three stars though because everyone was pleasant, the seating areas were nice and clean, and this hospital is way better than GRH ever will be. Typical hospital stuff I would say.
Seeking medical care can be stressful, and patients rely on providers to offer professional, respectful guidance. Unfortunately, my visits here left me feeling patronized and made to feel as though my medical concerns were a nuisance. While technical skills are important, bedside manner and respectful communication are equally vital. No patient should leave a medical appointment feeling belittled or reluctant to seek help in the future.
I’m updating my review from a couple of years ago because my experience recently was completely different, and I feel it’s important to recognize the staff who cared for me. I arrived experiencing a serious allergic reaction. At the time, I did not fully realize how serious my condition was or how quickly it could have worsened.
