Called to order a window. Was told window would cost $700. Called dealer and was told $140. Makes me wonder if the markup was $560. Definitely call around if your window seems priced very high at this establishment.

We needed a replacement HEHR window for our 5th wheel. Called them up and was quoted $1000 for the window. Told them to order it as we needed the window. 3 days later still no email confirmation or charge on our credit card. Called back and they had no record of the transaction, which was a blessing in disguise. Found the exact same window for $360 at a Forest River dealer. Very disappointed in his company on every level.

Landscaping contractor shot a rock through my window. unfortunately finding a replacement window for my 1998 ford econoline high top conversion van was extremely difficult. I finally found parKin online after lots of research. The actual lead time far exceeded the original estimates, but it was ordered during the covid 19 pandemic, so at the end of the day it was delivered, and its correct. 5 stars for good customer service and product.
