I’ve had a great experience at Parkhurst Apartments. Rina, the property manager, is absolutely amazing—she always goes the extra mile and is very flexible and easy to work with. You can tell she truly cares about the residents. Jesse, the maintenance manager, is also fantastic. He’s respectful, professional, and quick to fix any issues that come up. It’s refreshing to live somewhere where management and maintenance are both so responsive and reliable. Highly recommend Parkhurst Apartments!
Rina Is absolutly Amazing. She made me feel very welcome from the very start. I’m looking forward to making it my home
The maintenance team is always quite speedy. Problems that arise get resolved quickly and efficiently. Fast friendly service is also on par. Thanks to the prooerty manager and staff.
(DONT MOVE HERE AT ALL YOU WILL REGRET IT, I DO!) if you like sleeping past 9am don’t move here cause you wouldn’t be able to AT ALLL EVEN THO I PAY 2000$ EVERY MONTH) I liked (past tense now) here but the noise is unbearable I LIVE HERE I CANT LEAVE I CANT GO ANYWHERE ELES TO SLEEP SO WHEN THERE CUTTING THE GRASS RIGHT OUT SIDE MY WIDOW EVERYDAY OFF AT 9AMMMMMMMMMMM IM TIRED AND ANNOYED good luck trying to get ANY sleep passed 9am if you live here.
