Very unprofessional management company that is ran out of a UPS Store mailbox. Very hard to get in touch with anybody in corporate to report their employees rudeness and misconduct. They need to make sure maintenance is picking up the dog feces on the property. It's s gross and a health hazard. This property needs a lot of work done to it. There are much better apartments in the area. This property is not very well maintained. Especially the laundry room and gym.

From the moment you step onto the property, you can tell it’s a community that’s cared for. The grounds are well-maintained, the atmosphere is peaceful, and the location is incredibly convenient to everything Charlotte has to offer. that really sets Parkhaven apart is the management and maintenance team. Many buildings have busted foundations that make the walls paper thin were you can hear everything in nearby apts. Walls are also cracking from the inside outward making it easy for roaches in the walls to pour into apts from under the sinks and dishwasher. The crumbling foundations have also been causing major pipe issues with the plumbing. I had black mold in all my air vents from a leaky dinosaur of an air conditioner unit they refused to replace.
