Former tenant who lived in these apartments for about two years. The first year was decent and the property manager Ms. Millie was great. Whenever she was left every thing went downhill. First of all, these apartments are in need of SERIOUS renovations. They could use some new paint, new carpet, appliances, etc. Another thing is the cockroach problem. I never invited anyone over because of the infestation. They would even find ways to get into the appliances. They sent out exterminators (although I have only seen them once) ... read more

Worst apartment complex I ever lived in. They have roaches cockroaches and still go up on rent every year. They call the exterminator to spray things down, but it just makes things worse. The apartment complex is not well kept it is and dirt and junk everywhere. By far the worst apartments in Charlotte, do not move here. It’s disgusting, especially with the roaches.

Es realmente inaceptable... Unos usuarios de discord supuestamente te pagan x hacer reseñas prometen pagarte cosas en roblox pero estafan y mienten diciendo que seas paciente y te la darán... Son cas como 3 meses que sigo esperando lo usé deben y no me pagan... De verdad que es lamentable
