El mantenimiento es rápido muy bien por eso. Pero en seguridad es un problema no llevo ni dos años viviendo aquí y ya me dañaron dos carros en el parqueo el último le destruyeron todo de adentro queriendolo robar, y lo hicieron un viernes en el día y nadie hizo nada no hay camaras ni nadie que vigile ese es un grave problema.
Originally posted 3 months ago. Many buildings have busted foundations that make the walls paper thin were you can hear everything in nearby apts. Walls are also cracking from the inside outward making it easy for roaches in the walls to pour into apts from under the sinks and dishwasher. The crumbling foundations have also been causing major pipe issues with the plumbing. I had black mold in all my air vents from a leaky dinosaur of an air conditioner unit they refused to replace. Excellent maintenance and office. I love the area and the apartment
I've been here for 6 years, i love living here maintenance is excellent and consistent. The company has been good to me for 6 years, I've never had any issues with the office Rachel has been awesome to me she's always responding to my request in a timely manner. Highly recommend this place!!
